Dr. Brian P. Jakes, Jr. , Integrative Medicine, Board Certified
Dr Jakes brings an extraordinary combination of both clinical and academic experience to our practice. Trained in both Integrative and Internal Medicine with over 25 years of experience, he has successfully treated countless thousands of patients with very complex diseases and conditions. He maintains three board certifications in the areas of Integrative Medicine, Natural Medicine and Alternative Medicine as well as contributed to the writing of the National Board Certification Exam for Integrative Medicine.
He has personally developed successful Integrative Medicine protocols for not only common chronic diseases and conditions, but has created protocols for conditions which do not have any known conventional medicine treatments. This is due to his diverse training and education and many years in research and writing for professional online journals.
However, he offers considerable expertise in all areas of endocrinology with an emphasis on Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy as well as sexual dysfunction treatments for both men and women.
Dr Jakes is extensively trained and educated in advanced systemic Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. Not only has he trained many physicians and practitioners in the proper use of PRP, but as done both corrective and revisionary procedures, especially in non-invasive scar repair.
He also offers specialized Anti-Aging Medicine treatments, which have shown clinical evidence of possible age slowing and reversal. He is also fully versed in the expert use of Peptide Therapy, which can target a number of medical conditions and offer benefits that even medications and supplements can’t accomplish.
Additionally, he has personally designed various IV therapies to target both specific medical diseases and conditions. Dr Jakes has also been involved in various nutritional supplement design and has personally created three successful diabetic supplements.
Nicole – Director of Wellness & Aesthetics
Nicole brings over 12 years of experience in the aesthetics, health, and wellness industry to her role as Director of Wellness & Aesthetics at Five Elements Medical Spa & Wellness Center.
She oversees daily operations, administrative responsibilities, and patient coordination, ensuring a seamless and high-end experience for every client. Nicole’s dedication to professionalism, efficiency, and personalized care supports the center’s mission of delivering exceptional, results-driven wellness services.
Dr. Christopher Heil
Dr. Christopher Heil is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Medical Director of Five Elements Medical Spa in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
He completed his residency at HCA Westside Hospital in Fort Lauderdale and has since practiced as a hospitalist, caring for patients with a wide range of complex conditions.
At Five Elements, Dr. Heil blends his clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics and wellness. He oversees all medical spa services to ensure treatments are safe, effective, and patient-centered. His approach emphasizes personalized care—helping each patient achieve their aesthetic goals while supporting long-term health and well-being.
Naz Mohi, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
As a highly trained Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Naz is passionate about blending the artistry of aesthetics with the science of medicine to help clients achieve their ideal appearance and renewed confidence. With a strong foundation in nursing and specialized expertise in aesthetic medicine, she is dedicated to delivering personalized, results-driven care in a safe, welcoming environment.
Early in her aesthetic career, Naz worked alongside renowned facial plastic surgeons for over five years, gaining extensive experience in facial balancing and advanced injectable techniques. This invaluable training refined her aesthetic eye and technical precision, shaping the practitioner she is today.
Naz is certified and extensively trained in a range of advanced aesthetic procedures, including Botox®, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and customized skincare protocols. She is committed to ongoing education, regularly attending industry-leading conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of the evolving aesthetic field.
