Fire Cupping (Suction Cupping can be used as an alternative)
Fire cupping is an alternative therapy technique in which glass or silicone cups are placed on the skin, creating a vacuum that suctions the skin and underlying tissues into the cup. The cups are heated using a flame and then quickly placed on the skin, creating suction that pulls the skin and muscle upward. This therapy is often used to help with pain, inflammation, relaxation, and improved circulation. The cups are typically left in place for several minutes, and then removed. The technique can leave circular bruises on the skin that usually disappear within a few days.

Reiki Energy Balancing
Reiki is an ancient healing practice that promotes relaxation and enhances your body’s natural healing ability through the transfer of energy from the Reiki Master to the client. During the session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table as the Reiki Master rebalances your 7 Chakras, or energy fields, using light touch or no-touch techniques. After a brief consultation to address your wellbeing goals, the Reiki Master will begin the session with deep breathing exercises. Hands will be placed over the 7 Chakras to unblock stagnant energy. You may feel warmth, tingling, or peacefulness as the energy flows through you. Soft music and dim lighting create a tranquil atmosphere for your comfort. A detoxifying organic smoothie ends your wellness session.
