ARRIVAL

  • We kindly request your arrival at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service for a leisurely check in. Lateness will result in abbreviated service time and full charge will be retained for missed time.
  • Lockers are provided, however we encourage all guests to leave valuables and jewelry at home for safe-keeping.
  • The Elements Wellness Room and Salt Lounge are complimentary and can be enjoyed before or after your service. Swimsuits are required in the Elements Wellness Room. We offer complimentary robe and slipper service as well as lite snacks, infused water, and hot teas.
  • Green Goddess Smoothies are available for purchase upon request for a reduced price.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE

As a courtesy, you will receive a text and/or an email at the time of your reservation, with a follow up reminder 2 days prior to your visit. All appointments are subject to our cancellation and rebooking policies. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 50% service charge, unless rescheduled. All No-Show appointments will result in a full charge of the entire booking amount.

PAYMENT AND GRATUITY

To secure your experience, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your service is complete, or unless you are a no-show. We accept cash and all major credit cards, as well as Five Elements Spa Gift Cards. Financing available through third party credit. While gratuities are not included, they are sincerely appreciated.

GIFT CARDS

Five Elements Spa offers gift cards for your convenience. Plastic gift cards, as well as digital certificates, are available for purchase. Gift cards/certificates can be used to pay for services and products in the retail boutique. Gift cards/certificates cannot be applied to service gratuities. All remaining balances will remain on the certificate for future spa experiences until the balance is expired. All Gift Certificates are not transferrable and are nonrefundable.

RETAIL PRODUCTS AND RETURNS

In keeping with the Five Elements Spa quality guarantee, all unused products and retail items, as well as unworn clothing items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Opened and used items will not be accepted.

SPA ETIQUETTE

We strongly advise leaving all valuables at home. It is never recommended to place jewelry or other valuables in the pockets of robes or lockers. Five Elements Spa will not responsible for any missing, damaged, or lost items.

We require all devices to be turned to silent and placed in lockers when receiving services. Please do not wear jewelry, watches, or bring cell phones inside the Elements Wellness Room, as the heat and/or water from the various amenities can cause damage. In the event a guest chooses to bypass our locker rooms and robe service, we kindly request that the guest silence their devices and leave belongings in the car to ensure the integrity of services being provided to other guests.

PRIVATE GROUP PARTIES OF 8 OR MORE

Five Elements Spa offers Private Group Events! Host your birthday, lady’s and/or gent’s day out, bridal party, or corporate event with a 3.5 hour private group session. Call the Event Concierge to discuss availability and allow us to curate the perfect spa day!

PARKING

Parking is free in the marked blue spaces directly in front of the spa for two hours when you register your car at any of the kiosks.

Parking is free (unlimited time) in the inside parking spaces and registration is not required.
