PRIVATE Group Spa Party Package
Host a private luxurious and exclusive venue for your next group event at Five Elements Spa! Our spa offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the VIP treatment in a beautiful setting, with the added benefit of having the entire spa to yourself. With the capacity to accommodate up to 8 people receiving services simultaneously and a maximum of 20 guests in total, you can be sure that your event will be intimate and personalized. For larger groups, we offer access to our Wellness Room and Salt Lounge until your service time. And for those who simply wish to attend the event without receiving services, we offer entry for an additional fee of $200 per guest. Please note that the spa will be closed to the public during your event, but the boutique will remain open. Book now and let us help you create an unforgettable experience!
Price of package is based on availability Monday – Thursday during Spa business hours. After hours, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reservations will incur an additional fee.

Be Well Package: $4000 for 3.5 Hours–Accommodates up to 8 Guests receiving services at the sometime:

- 10% off any enhancements during service
- 10% off all retail product
- 10% off future reservation for guests booking at time of party
- Group events must be reserved with a credit card provided by the Spa Party Organizer. A deposit of 20% is due at time of reservation to secure your event and will be applied as credit towards your final bill. The final total amount will be charged at the day of the event with an additional 18% auto gratuity.
- Cancellations require a seven (7) day notice prior to the date of your spa party, by calling our Event Concierge. All cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the group event date will be charged half price of the total package price. In the event of cancellation within our cancellation policy, your deposit will be refunded in full. Any notice of less than 7 days prior to the event will incur loss of deposit. In the event of a no-show group, full price will be charged with no refunds.
- Appointment modifications and group guest list changes must be made one week (7 days) prior to the date of your event. Please notify us in advance to help ensure that each of your guests can receive the treatments they would like. Changes to appointments cannot be made on the day of your spa party due to room and staff availability. Enhancements are available for an additional cost.
- Our Salt Relaxation Lounge is available for spa party guests to utilize before, during, and after spa services.
- All guests should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to event for leisurely check in. Our Event Concierge will email all consent forms to the Spa Party Organizer to expedite this process – please have these filled out and bring them in with you. New guests will be required to fill out a short intake form. Please disclose any and all pertinent health/allergy information to the Event Concierge so that we may customize your food platters.
